Just got another call(s) from M at bookNFly @ 1630 today.He wants to offer my refund which is good as I have been asking him since he had been 6pm from Sunday 6th july, and In Addition wants to bribe me to delete the poor reviews that I have placed on here for £100 voucher. If you have been robbed by this company go to police fraud line 101 register your case to get a bigger impact. These criminals need to be stopped.
Found these online when looking for flights to the US...I rang them up as I wanted to pay some on a credit card and some via a debit...they took my money and then the following morning they rang me stating the flights were now not available and that if I wanted those flight it would be £600 more or I could travel 2 weeks before I wanted…(yeah that a great help) ...l refused this to be told that I could not have a refund...I challenged this and after many phone calls they agreed to a partial refund where I would lose£110 which they claim is a cancellation fee... yet they are adverting flights that they cannot honour just to get £110 from the customer or £600 extra for the flights advertised... I will be taking them to a county court if I don't get a full refund..,the county court process will include other costs now including solicitors fees. SCAM COMPAN!!!!There staff are rude and disrespectful. UPDATE…after posting this honest review which directly reflects my experience with this joke of a company…. I then received 5 calls in 4 minutes begging me to remove the review and that they would refund the money owed…I did this to get my refund but after careful reflection I believe I should share my poor experience with the public so that members of the public can make their own mind up about this scam company….
Again I would not give any stars please do not book with this company biggest SCAMMERS going you book and it says luggage then they send an invoice stating no luggage then they want £1400 extra for luggage you tell them to go ahead and book without luggage then they tell you no you cant they are going to cancel and take £487 per person cancellation fees when they have not booked your tickets. Then they try and put you on different flight with a different airline, please no one use this company they are not cheaper you are better off booking with Airline direct. Never again this company should be closed down they are scamming too many people.

I had to make changes to my flight and the cost was more expensive than i had originally planned but Danny was always available and responded efficiently with each request. The price did go up with each change i made but Danny was clear about the impact each time. The only thing I would say that was not so good was that i could not buy at the original price that was advertised.
SCAMMERS!!! Beware this company. Very bad experience .. They gonna take your money a lot. I tried to booked the ticket but I don't push through .. one of the agent called me asking why I didn't continue my booking so I asked some questions.. and I asked how much the ticket again he gave me the amount 468£ so I booked it coz it's cheaper.. so he said he will send me the link to pay. When I pay... he said wait for the email confirmation and ticket in 15mins. After 5 minutes. He rang me and tell me that only the 1 airline is confirmed and the connecting airline is still pending he gave me an option but I have to pay £300 plus. I said I gonna wait confirmation , agent told me it's close, take more time and my flight is the next day. I was in the middle of grieve, as much as possible Im looking the cheaper flight and need to save money But not happen.. My husband get mad and told them to cancel it ,he said we need to pay the cancellation fee even though he not give the ticket or not Delivered anything. I spoke again the agent tried to sort it but looks like he asked me a lot of money. He gave an option and get more additional to pay. I said to him why in other travel agency is cheaper than yours. He said if I want to cancel reply in the email that I want to cancel it and he will give me a partial refund that less the cancellation fee. I said why u charge me cancellation fee that's not fair.. This company trying to get more money to the customer.. so beware of this company. This company needs to investigate..
THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS.Went to book a flight today for the price of £1039, booked the flight and was waiting for it to be processed, got a phone call and was asked to pay an additional £950 in fees for baggage and food bringing the total to £1989! ABSOLUTELY OBSURD! Typical scamming company. I wanted to cancel the booking and they told me I had to pay £200 just to cancel and I would only get a little bit of my money back, genuinely disgusting. I put the phone down on them and then contacted Lloyds bank (my bank) to get a full refund. IF YOU WANT A FULL REFUND FROM THIS CONNING COMPANY, CONTACT YOUR BANK AND TELL THEM ABOUT THEIR HIDDEN FEES AND STUPID MONEY REQUESTS AND EXPERIENCE OF OTHER REVIEWERS LIKE MINE. You should get a full refund like I did.
