The support team helped me out while I was booking my tickets. I had a couple of questions and they explained things in a simple way. It wasn't rushed, which I appreciated, and it made me feel okay about using them again in the future.
Found flights, booked the flights, only to be told that those flights weren't available and hadn't been booked, but that we could have alternative dates at an extra cost. Alternative dates were not an option for us as the date we booked was specific for work arrangements and we were then told if we dont accept the alternatives offered, we will incur the cancellation fee of £250 per person (2 people). Very rude staff, constantly spoke over us. Scam company, no matter what you book, there will be extra costs or they wont even have the flights you think you have booked. Avoid this company
Be Aware - Liars and Thieves.This is not a company, these are scummy crooks.They lie about the price, take your money then phone back to say you are thousands short of what's actually needed.Every caller you get is called John, pretty strange considering they are all Pakistani.Just look at all 5 star reviews here, they are from verified accounts meaning they have been requested to by the company (workers, friends etc)
I had a few questions about my ticket and got in touch with the support team. They gave me clear answers and walked me through what I needed to do. A couple of steps took me a moment to understand, but their guidance made it manageable and I was able to finalise my booking.
Do Not Use this company!!I booked 3 return flights from Dublin to Chicago totalling £1885This was a 3 day trip for my sisters funeralAfter 20 minutes, a worker John (as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike) called back to say our return flight was booked but our outgoing flight was unavailable but he could rebook us a new flight for £2500 on top of what we paid.I told him I didn’t accept this and wanted a cancellation- he happily told me this would be at a cost of £275 per person as our return flight was available.£825 this has cost me for booking a flight in 2 days time - what makes it worse is the same flights I bought were still available on the websiteThe handler John was terrible, couldn’t explain much and wasn’t able to answer when I questioned things (didn’t help he was eating away as we spoke)Zero compassion regarding our situation
DISGUSTING SERVICE taking advantage of people at every turn.I booked what I thought to be a great deal, after calling them multiple times to understand how their flights were so cheap, they assured me that it was all legitimate. I then proceeded to book my flight, I received a call saying that my payment did not go through and I would need to pay via a new link which also didn’t work. After having to make a bank transfer, only after did they tell me I would need to pay an additional £600+ to have any baggage. After repeatedly asking for a refund because their website information was incorrect, they continued to give me bad options for flights, airlines and dates that did not suit my needs. After hours on the phone they mislead me to booking a flight I didn’t want and for £200 more because if I didn’t confirm right then I would lose my flights and not receive a refund. I will be taking legal action immediately. Do not book with them. They just want to bottom feed off of people by misleading them with vague website terms and conditions.
