We looked through a few insurance options on the site before deciding on one. The layout made it simple enough to compare what was included, though I still double-checked the details to be sure. In the end, we went with the plan that felt suitable for us.
Today I saw the price of a flight in booknfly website, I started to book, a man called with Indian accent, finish your booking! I told I am not sure about the luggage, he said I will send you the confirmation email you can have 30 kilos luggage with yourself, I booked 2 tickets london Dubai one way with the price of £679.44,the price for two tickets one way in the website,he called again! And sent me an email , I should pay another £630! In the website in check out the total price was £679.44 , he said this is the tax! I told refund my money ,are you thief! He said we can only refund £300! In the daytime rubbing badly the pocket of the people!!! I asked my daughter to help me to talk to Amex my bank , not to allow rub my bank account. The bank freezes my card…… DO NOT FALL ON THEIR TRAP.
These have to be the worst company I have ever had misfortune to book with! Paid for 2 flights for over £2000 which was taken straight away from my bank.E mail back saying they need to check the flights are avaliable.Only to be rung back by a man called 'jacob' telling me i had to pay £1000 for extras i said I would just cancel to be told they wanted me to pay £750 cancellation fee even though they couldn't deliver what I had paid for.I was offered another flight which was unsuitable and more expensive and as I didn't want to pay another penny to this company I refused, I wanted what they had advertised.After alot of wrangling stressful phone calls to the bank and this company i was threated with their legal team and was told as a 'gesture of good will' they would only charge me £250 to cancel! As i didn't want to lose all my money i very reluctantly accepted this, only then to be told they had tried to pay it back but my bank refused to accept it which is laughable, I have not received one penny back from this company to this dayNumerous e mails and phone calls to no avail.Saved all year long to go and see me daughter in Australia and all my money just stolen.To say I'm upset is an understatement, I felt bullied and harassed.I can't actually believe this company is allowed to carry on trading. Reported to action fraud online and hopefully they will report to the police.Please please avoid at all costs.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANYWe purchased a ticket from the uk to LA from this website, which stated luggage included. After a while we noticed we hadn't recieved any confirmation. We called the company and spoke to Nelson, who now claimed the flight we had booked was no longer available and that we needed to pay extra for luggage. They wanted to change our flight to the following day and also charge extra for luggage that was included on the flight we had booked. We could not travel on that following day as we needed to be at our destination by that date. So obviously we asked for a refund so we could purchase our flight elsewhere, they refused and stated if we did cancel we would have to pay cancellation fees. How can a company advertise a service they dont have then expect YOU the customer to pay them for not delivering as advertised.Tried calling again and spoke to John who was very rude and not helpful at all.We are currently speaking to the fraud team and have made a complaint to the financial ombudsman Absolute disgrace of a company.
SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY tried purchasing a ticket their aim is to take more money from you buy falsely advertising a ticket that doesn’t exist and later force you into buying an expensive ticket with loads of extra charges on top. ONCE YOU GIVE A REVIEW THEY USE AI TO COUNTER YOUR REVIEW WITH A FAKE POSITIVE REVIEW.
Do not use this scamming overpriced lying company. Email recieved from my credit card company about the fake advertised prices. Do not trust booknfly. Scammer .fraud fraud fraud ...they use false names like Steve & John ….charge u invoice price later send u different invoice more then double price and say these are taxes etc .I have got all screen shots of scam and reporting it further.Plz avoid them if u don’t want to be victim of their fraud
