Worst customer service ever. They’ll rush you like crazy and don’t give you clear verbal info whilst on the phone. They’ll start off with giving the cheapest offer and charge you a huge hidden amount at the end. We were charged nearly £3500 out pf £4800 for cancellation. Which is a huge amount. Tried giving suggestions about staff training for improvement in better communication but the manager was too rude and didn’t listen at all. Worst experience ever 👎👎👎👎
Victor and his boss, Jacob have just ripped me off to the tune of £1600.Dealt with Victor on phone who came up with a great fare of £2217 for 3 adults to Australia in October. A good deal so I quickly checked the names and flight details on the invoice sent. Paid the £2217 then moment's later saw the bottom on the invoice showing £2217 as a non refundable deposit!Tried everything to get them to give our money back. Police and bank will not help as I "agreed" to this price. Eventually got £617 back after a cancellation fee was deducted. These 2 men are crooks. They even sounded quite chuffed that they'd done so well.That was our ticket money!I hope karma catches these 2 asap. Very depressed.Peter
This is a totally and utterly scam company!!! The person on the phone categorically said our flight to USA was £898 for two and including two check-in bags. After we paid the amount, he sent us an email indicating £898 was deposit. We have to pay a balance £1050. £898 was not refundable.
