I want to warn others about my experience with this booking service. I thought I was paying the advertised price for flights, but after confirming details over the phone, I received an email with unexpected charges. They later demanded a much higher amount, claiming I owed a balance. When I reached out, they denied everything and threatened to cancel my tickets without a refund. They ended up canceling my booking and keeping my payment. This has been a very distressing experience, and I hope sharing it helps others avoid similar issues.
Scammers! After trying to book a flight online, I received a call to confirm payment. They then claimed there was a minor error and wanted to charge me significantly more to fix it. When I tried to cancel, they threatened me with losing my initial payment. They eventually canceled my booking and claimed I had only paid a deposit, which was never communicated to me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
AVOID THIS SCAMMING SERVICE! I purchased a flight ticket and received a confirmation. However, when I contacted the airline, they informed me that my booking was not confirmed. The company then demanded additional payment, despite the initial transaction being completed. After days of waiting, they canceled my ticket and kept my initial payment. This has caused me a lot of stress, and I plan to report this to the airline as well.
Scammers, don't book with Booknfly, they give a competitive price only then to send confirmation of a hugely expensive flight and a balance to pay. Verbally they say the original price is the base price and that you will be paying the competitive price. No refund and everything is verbal - they ask you to say ok all ok but don't as you are giving your consent to paying the full amount, which is what i did. I have taken it up with my bank as a dispute.
Scammers. You book a flight with a competitive price only to find out afterwards that it's only the booking cost and you still have to pay more to get the flights. I bought a ticket at £876.52and received an invoice for that amount then received another email the next day white stated the initial price was the booking fee and I still had another £1020.00 to pay. Also my initial booking and was with a company called Cheaptofly but the invoice came from Booknfly so I can only presume that it's the same people!!Stay well away
I have never experienced something like this!! Paid total 3558 which was confirmed by ‘Steve’ who was deffo an Indian not white could tell by his accent. Paid the money and a day later get an email just like a lot of these reviews have mentioned stating I owe more money (1800 more!!) the man I spoke to threatened there is a deadline and pay up or tickets will be cancelled and will not get our money back. Feel so cheated biggest scammers. Too late for us but guys be careful!!
