SCAMMERS. Absolutely terrible and conning company, hidden fees upon booking. Once you buy your ticket, they call you and upon paying and receiving a confirmation email for your booking, you have 0 baggage included and you are forced to pay additional fees for baggage, we had to pay an additional £600 (£300 each) for 2 people. Terrible experience and company and attitude from the employee, don’t recommend this company if you want to not get hit with ridiculous fees. I hope people who book with this company see this review before they get scammed.
Filled form to book £1010 flight! Nelson phoned to say it was on stand by, but no baggage or food was included apparently on 17hr flight to the Carribean, !! Also told no hand luggage was allowed. Wanted £879 for food and baggage, told him not to book, then he wanted £479 cancellation fee… have contacted Barclaycard . Also air France who couldn’t look into it as we don’t have a flight reservation number. Still haven’t received the reservation number so just a scam..was offered to then cancel for £260 and he’d give £250 vouchers…. NO! Just refund the £1010… we told you not to go ahead with it ,.. disgusting..now hoping Barclaycard can refund
Don’t book through them. They are thieves. First they get the ticket money then within 5 minutes they say prices are gone up and I have to pay thousand more than the previous price. No cancellation no refund and your money will stuck, not even issue the ticket. Frauds are sitting and one guy name Danny say he is the management and only he can deal with this with no result. Worst ever experience. From last 2 months my money is stuck.
Absolute scam, I would never use or recommend this company to anyone. This has cost me £175.00 in cancellation fees because they claimed my return flight was available and I would have to pay an extra £280.00 to get it he flight. Steve should learn how to speak properly so we wouldn’t have to communicate via WhatsApp. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Absolutely disgraceful and shameful behaviour from this provider they’re complete scammers who lie constantly they try to scam more money off you I would never recommend this company they are nothing but scammers who do not put anything in writing rather call you to scam you further. Avoid these scammers!

I tried booking a holiday to Orlando, Florida, and I can tell you it was not a nice experience from start to finish. When I made the booking, they rang to say baggage wasn't included in flights and looked a further £550. Then I questioned it and said it would be OK with no bags they said the flights i had originally booked weren't available. This went on over 2 or 3 days trying to get more money out of me. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH BOOKNFLY.. SCAMMERS
First thing they answer the phone straight away no waiting even if you call 10 times to aske that's what I did 🙈 .Steve was really passionate and trying his best to find what I want. Any thing you're not sure call he answers or masg he will answer straight away
