I paid for my ticket for London to Delhi Paid the amount requested and then nothing Called numerous times and I , put in a dispute with my credit card company It’s so strange, they all have English names but very little English spoken Again rung the next day as e ticket hasn’t arrived and apparently Danny is going to ring me Avoid this company at any cost They look cheap but not worth the hassle I don’t know how they get away with this
I booked what was advertised as a return ticket for £547.91. The email showed both outbound and return flights listed. After taking my payment, BooknFly phoned me back to say the outbound wasn’t confirmed and demanded another £300–£400 in “waiting list/baggage/confirmation fees” to secure it.They told me my booking would “auto-cancel after 6pm, non-refundable” unless I paid more. When I asked a simple question – “What did I pay £547.91 for?” – the agent (Brian) dodged it repeatedly.I refused to pay extra, mentioned that I would escalate through my bank, and suddenly the next day I received a full refund. That says it all.⚠️ This is a bait-and-switch operation. They lure you in with cheap fares, then pile on hidden charges and pressure tactics. If I hadn’t pushed back, I would have been forced to pay close to £1,000 – while booking direct with the airline was actually cheaper.Save yourself the stress and book direct with the airline or a reputable ATOL/ABTA agent.Call your bank and dispute it to get your money back guys :)
SCAM!!!!If I could leave no stars I would. Took money for 4 flights to America, then called to say the price was excluding tax & other charges. I then had to either pay an extra £580 or pay a cancellation fee of £150pp even though they hadn’t provided me with the flight at the price they were advertising. When I paid the difference they then changed the flight times, stops & times. It’s a SCAM company & would advise to avoid at all costs!!!
What a rip off company took my money then phoned a few hrs later to say the second leg of the journey was fully booked but for an extra 200 odd pound they could get me on the flight, pure scum stay well clear ohh then tried to charge to cancel the flights luckily I paid with a credit card full refund on its way
We looked through a few insurance options on the site before deciding on one. The layout made it simple enough to compare what was included, though I still double-checked the details to be sure. In the end, we went with the plan that felt suitable for us.
I was comparing a few options before I booked and eventually picked one that looked okay for me. Had to scroll back once or twice to recheck some of the details, but that's pretty normal when you're not sure about the small print. Payment went through and I got my confirmation shortly after.
