ScamNot from Montréal, but from China. They don't respect their policies about the 24h cancelation witch I did as soon as I say the clothes were sent from China. They now offer 20% refund or sending back the order at my expense to China. Clothes are no near to be as they pretend, poor quality and unusable. Don't trust them.
Disappointed I didn't read reviews first. Do not order from this scam artist. High prices and clothing that arrived six weeks later looked NOTHING like what was advertised. I've been trying to return and get my money back as promised on the website, but they switch between ignoring me and offering a small reduction in price or store credit....like I would ever purchase anything from this scam site again! This is not a a company based in Montreal, not in the Netherlands either. When you see these ads on Facebook, Amazon, Tictock, Pinterest, just save yourself the hassle and wasted money and scroll on by. I have reported this fraudulent transaction to my cc company and they will be reversing charges.
I ordered an item from Boutique Elegance in Montreal and the quality was laughable. I wanted to support it because it was Canadian. When I tried to return it as soon as I opened the item, they gave me the run around and the offered me credit on their site instead. I wanted my money back and so finally after weeks of communication this was their response: We understand that our offer may not have met your expectations. As previously mentioned, if you wish to proceed with a standard return, please use the return form we have provided.
Don’t buy from this company. They’re based in China and will send you very poor quality items that are not as described. When you request a refund you’ll be told that shipping costs are on you and the items have to be returned to China. They’ll offer you a 20% refund instead. I think I’m going to have to take the matter up with my bank unfortunately.
BOUTIQUE ELEGANCE.UK.COM are deceiving in every way they are not UK based, stylish clothing items pictured/advertised are not what you eventually receive, items sent are awful, unstylish, poor quality, poorly made, sizing is a joke!! my order was £196 I am not going to write this off, I paid with Barclay card I intend to request they help with this , DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS DECEIVING BUNCH THEY ARE COMPLETLY FALSE , I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW ASAP.
I ordered & rec’d a dress from boutique-elegance Montreal & it’s huge so I’ve requested a return form as was indicated on their site. Haven’t heard anything from them yet & looks like only way to get in touch with them is via email. Would not recommend them.
