Please do not order from this company. The items look amazing on Pinterest but they are too good to be true. They actually come from China and to return an item costs more than the original cost. I ordered a dress for approximately £35, it’s extremely poorly made and very poor quality. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience. Really wish I had read the reviews first and would never order anything from this place again.
I’m very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dress that turned out to be poor quality and requested a refund. I followed their returns policy exactly, including sending the item back to an address in China at my own expense.The return has been stuck in Chinese customs since 20/06/2025 because the recipient hasn’t paid the customs charges to accept the parcel. Despite this, the company has made no effort to resolve the issue or communicate with me.I’ve sent multiple emails to their customer service team, but I’ve received no response. Their website claims they respond within 24 hours, but that is simply not true.Overall, the returns process has been frustrating, expensive, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
I would like to give less than 1 star, I ordered two outfits in different colour, when they arrived they did not look at all what they said the material was very inferior and cheap looking.i ended up sending them back, don’t be fooled there not in uk there in china.I have just received one item back. So I would not touch again with a barge poll. Total cost £100
