I ordered 4 items from brand alley, I kept 1 pair of jeans and completed the returns form for another pair of jeans, a wallet and a valentino bracelet. I was refunded for the jeans and wallet, I inquired where the refund was for the bracelet which cost £253, brand alley claimed they had not received it back. I know full well it was included in the same returned box. brand alley agreed to investigate then came back and said the bracelet had not been found. Clearly one of their warehouse staff has mislaid it or more likely stolen it, & clearly brand alley don't care that I've lost £253. I will attempt to reclaim from the payment provider but I'm astounded after being a good brand alley customer for a long time that they really don't care. So a warning...........be very careful returning jewellery items to this supplier especially with other items as their unscrupulous warehouse staff may well 'lose' them then you're stuck in a battle with a payment provider as I am now.
I always receive good service from this company. Recently had to contact them because of an error I made when placing an order. I emailed them and within a few hours I got my issue dealt with efficiently and professionally. Very impressed.
