Once you understand how to navigate the Brandalley page, it’s reasonably simple. One major fault is their promotions which should be on the same page as your order details but No, you must go into VIEW MY BASKET and add the code otherwise there’ll be No discount. I didn’t know this and lost out on over £80 of discount which their customer services refused to refund. Otherwise, a terrific way to buy high end goods.
Once I highlighted my issue then the process was efficient and effective resulting in a swift resolution. The customer services advisor (Carol) was polite and courteous in her response. There was no associated hassle asking for additional information, videos or photographs. I appreciated this speedy service and positive outcome - all within one hour.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Contacted them twice. First via live chat - awful service. Second via phone - customer service person was laughing along with her colleagues while I was trying to tell her the issue with my order. Would never order from them again.
