Review Time
I purchased a pair of trousers. I wore them once and noticed that they had bobbled. I contacted Brandalley to let them know and asked for a refund. They came back to me to say they were torn and offered me a 10% refund. The trousers are not torn, they have bobbled. I'm obviously not going to accept a 10% refund (the trousers were £40). I asked for a full refund as this was the first time I had worn them and I won't ever wear them again. The lack of correspondence from Brandalley is terribly poor. I won't ever shop with them again as they clearly believe they can sell clothing that are very poor quality and get away with it.
Very pleased with item. Had ordered from Whistles direct in sale but size 12 was too big and had to be returned. Saw item on BrandAlley almost half the price in size 10.Couldn't be happier. However there was a problem with delivery as post code had been input incorrectly with a digit missing, so delayed several days at Royal Mail hub, but arrived eventually.
