After ordering I waited 9 days for the package to be delivered. The package got stuck somewhere. Either you wait another few days for delivery or for a refund (up to 10 days). Waste of time and you don't have your money for two weeks.

The difference these supplements make to my health has been enormous over the last 3 or so years. I keep a baseline of Vitamin D, collagen and Magnesium, alternating the different versions, as well as having various adaptogens and other vitamins and minerals on the go. It helps me pay attention to my body's needs and strengths and weaknesses, I feel I'm making the most of this ageing thing - the most weird and wonderful process! An absolute nuisance. Tried the products no discernable difference. Unsubscribed from emails. The following Saturday the tirade of emails started again, unsubscribed again, the following Saturday there they are again. Rinse and repeat for 5 successive weeks. I wish I'd never bothered, they blitz you with marketing emails and just won't stop.
This is the only company from whom I've bought herbs and vitamins for the past two-plus years, as I didn't want to ingest anything unnecessary like the fillers used in other brands (hard tablets also give me stomach ache). The vit D3 + K2, vit C, zinc and magnesium combo was a game changer for me - never got COVID and still rarely get a cold - latter usually brought on by overwork and self-neglect. Also use maca, silica and collagen (to counter some effects of the menopause), valerian (sedative effect counteracts insomnia caused by hot flashes) and adaptogens like ginseng, gingko and ashwaganda (to reduce impact of stress). It's expensive but worth every penny in my experience.

Great supplements. They were recommended to me by a nurse who said they are high quality and well-priced. I sometimes have a pain in my hips, which disturbs my sleep and when I take the collagen supplements I have noticed a notable difference. I purchased magnesium too.
