Recently had bloods done , which stated my B12 was low , reason I had bloods was I had a foggy/ cold sensation in my head for weeks , after taking Clean B12 for just a few days , My head definitely feels clearer , I have to have repeat bloods done in 3 months to make sure my B12 levels have gone up . Just ordered Ashwagandha extract. Quick delivery and packaging very good. I asked a message on when best to take on their Facebook page and received a reply the next day. Super clean quality vitamins and supplements. I’m on my second 3 months supply of plant stanols. After much research, the amount of plant stanols in other products is not effective enough to lower cholesterol, so it’s a waste of money. Most other products are bulked out with other vitamins and ingredients. These super clean capsules are 95% plant stanols.
