I buy quite a lot of supplements from these guys every 3-4 months. I've always had good fast service and I feel very confident that their products are the best out there. I have tried a few different supplement suppliers but not had any measurable success, however, I genuinely feel that British Supplements actually work!!

Excellent supplements with no nasty fillers. Compared their magnesium supplement with a different big name brand, opened capsule into a glass of water - British Supp magnesium totally dissolved and the other brand separated, went into chalky powder that separated and didn't dissolve. British Supp are far superior. I don't go anywhere else now.

An absolutely amazing company!

An absolutely amazing company for both products and ethics!Cannot fault them in any way, promt delivery, excellent customer service along with top quality product that includes information and reviews from other customers in an easy to view way.Chris takes health very seriously and I thank my lucky stars that I found his company when I did, it helped to change my life when an awful diagnosis was given, I credit a huge chunk of my improvement to British Supplements without a doubt!

Really professional and easy to deal with company. I live in Ireland and normally it takes ages for UK post but British supplements are really quick. I love the three month supply option and I have in all my 30 plus years of buying health supplements ever found a better brand. I feel so much better. Thank you

I suspect the products are fake and customer service is the worst I’ve seen

Be careful of this company. Their products don’t appear to be 3rd party lab tested. On their site you will see they make enormous claims about having “the best products in the world”. They boast apparent purity, potency and cleanliness but show no evidence to support this. I believe most of their positive feedback is fake/ set up. We bought turmeric a couple of months ago and for a potent product, with minimal processing, it’s odd that it smells and tastes of nothing if you open a capsule. You can’t taste or smell a whiff of turmeric. It certainly colours your hands (could be the same stuff that colours wotsits for all we know) . Same with other products that should have distinct aromas and tastes (Vit B12 for example smells of nothing) but is apparently ‘the strongest on the market’. I had no energy after taking it, unlike with other brands, it doesn’t seem to do anything. Even a normal daily allowance of vitB12 would make your pee yellow. This doesn’t. Does it have any vit B in it at all? If not, what is inside? My energy was lower than ever after taking it. I sometimes just feel plain unwell after taking their supplements . I’ve had to stop completely. Their responses, to people who have fed back genuine concerns in their comments section, are rude and unprofessional. Shocking in some cases. They won’t answer anyone who asks if their products are independently lab tested. Could some governing body please check this company out? It could be dangerous. First and foremost, the products need to be lab tested.British supplements tried to have my review removed. They try to have all negative reviews removed. I verified my purchase in August with Trust pilot. British supplements have provided two links, in their response below, which just lead to their site, and doesn’t give any evidence of independent 3rd party lab testing . Just tell us which independent organisation lab tests your products?

Not the right way to talk to customers

Shocked at the awful comments made to customers giving poor reviews. I was going to give a good review but now won't order from this company incase of any issues with my order. Really hope their staff get some customer service training!

Wow!

Wow. I was just about to make a large purchase from this company, to check their products, before recommending them to my social media followers (as I run a few online groups to thousands of people, for health advice). I thought I’d check some reviews on here 1st, to check they are a legitimate, professional company 1st. After reading Chris’ replies to negative reviews of legitimate issues, I won’t bother. Sick people do not need extra stress, that could be life threatening for some, that are struggling with anxiety and depression. Not to mention Chris naming customers and breaking data protection laws, when customers chose not to give their name. The products might be great, but you are only as great as your customer service. The company might be growing now, that’s the easy part, keeping customers is the difficult part. So thanks for the pre-warning reviews guys. The one star reviews are always the most valuable.Someone in that company needs to ban Chris replying to customers, before they go bankrupt. I’m sure Chris has his good points in this business, but customer service is NOT it. He’s made the company sound like “Del Boy” selling out the back of a van. :/
