Review Time
I started British supplements 2 months ago, I share with my husband on some. I started with Lions Mane because I get so much anxiety, Magnesium because I wanted better sleep, even added zinc, vitamim c, Ashwagandha and B12. I started sleeping well at night again and naturally I thought it was the Magnesium, I ran out of lionsmane few days ago and I had the most restless night, and foggy brain during the day. I couldn’t think and was very irritable, I had to list everything I was taking and not taking on ChatGPT and I realized it was because I ran out of lions mane, I quickly ordered it and it came the next and as I type this on my bed at 7:24am on the 21st of September 2024, I had a heavenly peace and calm last night. My sleep was deep and no night thoughts which is a combination of the magnesium and lions mane! Btw similar thing happened with zinc, I noticed my head hair line was growing again and when I researched it, I found out it was the zinc! ohh and it helped with reducing breakouts too! This was before I started B12. Finally, I reduced my ashwagandhan to day time use only because I need it for energy and a stress free day, it can be too much for me at night.
Very reliable service. I have used British Supplements a number of time and each time the products have arrived as described. On the one occasion I received the wrong item in error this was resolved very promptly once I checked my spam folder.Great service.

I have been buying my supplements from this company for more than three years now and I am so glad I found them. I had an injury that no amount of physiotherapy or medication relieved the pain. I cannot recommend British Supplements highly enough, they have changed my quality of life.
I tried the lions Maine from here due to the price and reviews , unfortunately it’s just not working for me even at double the dose which makes me question the quality/purity. I really wanted this to work, unfortunately I am going to go back to my previous supplier , although it costs more I really felt the benefits. I hope someone can prove the quality/ potency of these products and maybe I will give them another go in the future. Update, feel like I need to apologise for the above post. I’m still taking lions Maine and ran out of my other product comment back on to British supplements, as I had some Left over seems to be working really well for me so I have ordered another 3 months. I feel like lions Maine doesn’t work very well if I haven’t been sleeping well which could have resulted in poor results previously as above, as this also happened with the other product I was using.
