I discovered British Supplements (BS) a couple of years ago while searching for a reliable, clean, and holistic supplement provider. I’m so glad I found them! The quality of their supplements is outstanding, and their customer service is straightforward and responsive.I’m 110% behind BS, I fully support their overall mission, and the incredible products they offer. Their commitment to quality and integrity is truly impressive!We need more companies like BS—ones that prioritise our well-being over profits, unlike the big corporations that often put their bottom line first… Supporting authentic companies like BS helps us all thrive together, which is exactly how the world should work!
I love the fact that there are no bulking agents or any other nasty fillers. I have found that their supplements such as D3 +K2 and Ashwagana, and lions mane are great for me. I suffer from chronic OCD and I find that although they haven’t cured me I am much calmer when I get worrying thoughts and I get over them much quicker. I also have more energy than I used to and the magnesium help me sleep. Although they are sometimes more expensive you get so much active ingredients in them that they work out cheaper in the long run. The firm are honest in that you know what you are getting and delivery is always super quick.I am 81 years old and have been on their supplements for quite a few years now and feel I have benefitted from them.
Products are very good but in reviewing my Facebook settings it says that Meta receives data about me from British Supplements. Given the company’s marketing “ pro small business anti big companies/pharma “ this seems a tad hypocritical. Would love to have a statement from BS about what customer data they do provide. Would love it if they stopped giving information to Meta. Whatever it it’ll be legal and anonymous - of course, not personal info - nevertheless it’s still data mining. Disappointing.
I’ve been using this Company for a few years ordering different supplements & not had any problems until my LAST order, there was a month’s worth of capsules short. After ignoring a couple of my emails (including pictures of the order received) I sent another requesting that they send the remainder of my order or a refund, only then did they get back to me addressing me by a different name, they asked me to send in pictures of the order (I’d already done that) and they wanted a photo of the invoice so I sent that too, they didn’t get back to me. Since experiencing their most awful customer service I started reading their reviews and I was shocked, some folk hadn’t even received their orders and were ignored. I would advise people to seek out these reviews as it could potentially save you a lot of hassle. I have just purchased a similar quality product elsewhere and saved myself £10 so I should really thank them. I’m a loyal customer but I will NEVER buy from these again, their attitude is appalling in my opinion. No point in shouting from the roof tops how good your product is because if you don’t value & respect your customers it won’t work long term. Having read their feedback to negative reviews I am expecting a similar arrogant reaction to this. The truth hurts hey!

High quality clean vitamins made in the UK. Fast delivery great customer care. I am tired of dealing with big vitamin companies whose interest is profit rather than good ingredients and my health. British Supplements offers me all the supplements I need. Rather than focusing in shiny packaging and publicity, they invest in quality ingredients while protecting the environment by using simple brown envelopes to package their producs.
Just received my first order and am disappointed with the packaging and contents.I had expected the supplements to be in a sealed container such as a screw top jar, but instead they arrived in a form of a "jiffy" bag, that you rip open to access. The capsules then just fall outPresentation is all about giving confidence to consumers your products are good, assured quality but in British Supplements case for me that's not the case and I wont be using them again.
