The world’s worse, just like second hand car dealers. I made a simple enquiry that I ask for on email . I’ve received between 5/10 phone calls daily for the last few days. I even blocked there numbers and they just use another number, Dreadful dreadful company.
Signed up with Shell Broadband on the pretence of receiving a voucher. Chased this up after hearing nothing after a couple of months of the service. Got an email reply from a Charlotte saying this usually takes 90 days. This was in July 2023 and we're now in May 2024I can only assume this is a scam or you're forced to jump through numerous hoops to get what you signed up for. Either way - abysmal service
