I purchased a car today, and the entire experience was effortless. Initially, I was apprehensive about the process, but I was pleasantly surprised. The representative was a joy to work with, explained everything clearly, and handled all the details. I would highly recommend this place!
I recently bought a car from this company and was truly impressed by the service from the friendly team throughout the sales process. We had a concern about the timing chain a few weeks later, and they took the car in immediately, replaced it, provided a courtesy vehicle for three days, and charged us nothing! Outstanding and fair service! I will definitely recommend this company!
Our experience was not great. We placed a £100 deposit on a vehicle in good faith, but after viewing it the next day, we realized it wasn't what we wanted. We paid the deposit on October 19th, and despite numerous calls, we still have not received our refund after over a month.
I purchased a vehicle from this company in October 2025, assured it would come with a full service, new MOT, and warranty. However, I never received proper documentation for the service. Promises were made but not kept, and I had to escalate the situation legally to recover costs for necessary pre-sale work. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal. It's disappointing that such issues have led to court action.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. connect me car finance customers do not use.. We have juts recently bought a Range rover evoque. 6 weeks ago.. The day after delivery the engine management light came on and the windscreen leaked everywhere.. In fairness they came back to collect the car and leave us a courtesy car. The first day of driving the courtesy car my wife got stopped by police because it wasn't insured. 3 hours with the police and then all of a sudden it was insured🤔🤔 then we wait 2 weeks for our car to be fixed. We was told to collect it on a Saturday 2 weeks ago.. When we got home on the Sunday the windscreen hadn't been fixed and was still leaking everywhere.. So i asked them for the excess charge my insurance company would charge me for a new one.. I had lost all faith in them and wanted it done properly. Now we have been waiting 6 weeks for the log book. Having been told and promised it had been sent then told they would replace it.. Now nothing.. Tyler is a yes man and will lie to get the sale through... Ben says he will deal with everything then when you call to ask he's never there.. The only person that actually does anything is Ricky.. But it takes hundreds of wats app and phone calls to get anything done... Honestly to avoid all stress please read reviews. And pick another company....
