Bought a BMW as a first car for myself at 19 - in short they sold me a lemon will be costing me 2K for repairs already after purchasing the vehicle 2 months ago. Imagine being happy that you sold a 19 year old a lemon.The reason you go for a dealer is because they have a reputation at stake and if anything goes wrong you expect them to help you out much like how they sell you the car.Dont want to give me my money or help me with repair costs still inside my entitled 3 month period
Honestly do not trust them at all .. I got a Astra from them the engine light come on within 12 days lucky for me my garage is brilliant where I took car and he told my warranty wouldn’t cover the cost and to take it back immediately .. they took it back but it’s not the point I honestly would go all in on checking the car over before buying from them .. they’ve already put it back up for sale dodgy.
Felt I had to leave a review after reading such awful ones, I’m not usually one to leave a review but I must say they are irrelevant to this company. Browns went above and beyond to help with everything I needed for my new car last week. No problems, no request was too big. This is the 4th car I have purchased from them now over the years and not knowing much about cars myself I trusted this company,they have never let me down. Each car I have had has served its purpose. I come back purely to upgrade. So 4 cars later and no request is too big. Happy returning customer for years to come 👍 brilliant company, great customer service & always friendly helpful dealing with them at what can be quite a big decision at the time!
