I purchased a car from this dealer, and they conveniently “forgot” to mention that it was previously used as a taxi. While they didn’t outright lie, they also didn’t disclose this critical detail, which significantly affects resale value.This is misrepresentation by omission and goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states that a vehicle must be “as described.” Had I known it was a former taxi, I would not have purchased it.If you’re buying from here, I strongly recommend doing your own HPI and TFL checks before committing. A trustworthy dealer should be upfront about a car’s full history.
Bought Mercedes e220d from them 2 months ago MANY ISSUES and lies! For all people that been scamed by them : I have filed COURT CASE contact me if you looking for justice! Lets make them be in court every week and pay for what they are doing to honest people. My case will be in news as well soon :) lets put them out of bussiness!
If you’re looking for a trustworthy car dealership I highly recommend brown’s car company.
