Whilst in Richmond on holiday from Somerset my car (Mercedes E350D) developed a problem out of the blue with the engine oil light appearing on the dashboard. Never happened before and the car is serviced regularly. However we found Browns on the internet and called in unannounced and explained the situation.I spoke to Steve, the service manager and he immediately found me a technician called Carl Sayer who sorted the problem with an oil top up.They are a very busy garage, dealership but could not have been more helpful.If you are ever unfortunate enough to need emergency help with your car whilst in Richmond North Yorkshire then I could not recommend this garage highly enough, they were friendly, helpful and very professional.A 5 star review is the least they deserve.Richard Fenn, Clevedon, Somerset.
This company is a scam we brought new jaguar to find out the engine is broken it's cost 9k to repair do not truth this company I will be sue them soon beware of this company once I get proof the jaguar xe was faughty befor they sold it to me then they will get what they deserve
Cannot fault browns one bit !! Ben & his team are great to work with, very informative & lovely people. Such good service from this garage. Took my car in with a number of problems. They established the cause of the problems, updated me and then carried out the work so quickly and the vehicle was then dropped off to my work! ben and his team kept me informed throughout the whole time they had my car with them. Would recommend to anyone!
