Switched to BRSk from Virgin media, better speeds better service, better price, the engineer Aaron H was knowledgeable for every question I asked he was friendly and we had a good chat, can’t fault the installation at all, he even had a smile working outside in possibly the worst weather I have ever seen !
Today I had my BRSK broadband installation. It was such an easy process. I had a range of dates and times to book from. I was kept up to date the whole time and the appointment was confirmed in the days leading up to the install. I was even sent a helpful video explaining what to expect during the process. Alfie our engineer arrived on time and did a wonderful job. He explained how it would work and made sure I was happy before starting. He did an excellent job. The cables have been installed very neatly. This is the 2nd property I have had BRSK installed in and I would definitely recommend them.
Really happy with making the switch to Brsk. Very competitive prices, the best speeds available in my area and lead time for connection was next day. Plus the buy out contract meant I could switch and get the best deal straight away. Hats off to Barry and the other 2 gents that came in the awful weather late on a Friday to install the new broadband. Explained everything and very professional.
Had my Betternet 2000 fibre broadband installed today and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The engineer, Ruan De Greef, was outstanding from start to finish.He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Ruan made sure the installation was tidy, efficient, and exactly how I wanted it. He even checked multiple times around the house to ensure the Wi-Fi coverage was strong everywhere.You can really tell he takes pride in his work — nothing was rushed, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was fully set up and confident with the new system.Thanks to Ruan, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. If all engineers were like him, installations would always be this easy. Brilliant service!
