I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I’ve paid around 500 kr so far for my subscription, but when I paused my account for over a month, they only accepted 176 kr in pause credits. This feels incredibly unfair, especially since I didn’t use the service for more than half of that time.It seems like they’re not transparent about how their pause system works, and I’m left feeling like I’ve paid too much for a service I didn’t use. I expected the pause feature to prevent any charges during inactive periods, but instead, I still ended up paying more than I should have.To make matters worse, the customer support was incredibly dismissive. When I reached out for clarification, I was told “my colleague has explained it above” without any real effort to address my concerns. It felt like they didn’t care about helping or resolving my issue, and I was simply brushed off. The response I received was unprofessional and unhelpful.This kind of billing practice and poor customer support is incredibly frustrating. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this service to anyone based on my experience
Great experience with Bruce since last 2 years. Especially good for the ones who don’t want to be bound by one gym membership or few activities therein. Bruce gives you much more! Fantastic customer service as well. I would, however, appreciate more English speaking classes especially in yoga, body pump and cycling.
As a multi sport-enthusiast, having black membership is much cheaper than having memberships in every sport I like to do, of course for some it can seem like a steep price but for me I get the most out of my month with that price, I don’t need to care in the moment if I should treat me with trying something new and fun because it is already paid for thru Bruce. I have found some favourite studios and to take their classes with out Bruce would be more expensive than having Bruce and do that and hundreds of things more. Studio DAY in Stockholm that does Pilates (I had never tried Pilates before I got Bruce) I have really gotten to love and it helped me strengthen the forgotten muscles I my body thru the amazing classes they have!I see this as a monthly treat for myself and sports are my hobby and my best friend has Bruce as well and we do all kind of fun things with this!My body and mind and wallet love Bruce atm!And when I got blocked because a faulty strike because of technical error during check in I got meet with an amazing customer service (after the bot) from Boel. I’ve been a loyal Bruce user for quite a while, but lately, I’m seriously reconsidering. Over the past couple of years, they’ve increased their prices significantly while cutting back on the perks that used to make the membership worthwhile. Now, you’re limited to just three bookings which is limiting your flexibility and planning abilities over a week - huge downgrade compared to the 5 booking limit previously. On top of that, nearly every class is waitlisted—even if you try to book early—and they’re still pushing to onboard more users, which only makes it worse… I used to recommend to friends but refrain from doing that anymore and consider other options.
I can’t describe how grateful I am for the creators and all the team of Bruce studios app!🙏🥰 It seems that someone who knows my personality created this app 🤭😄 I love always to try something new. Also one day my “ soul is calling “to dance, other maybe to meditate or yoga, or sauna or gym, or swim . And we have everything in one app!!! 🤩🤩🤩 When I found Bruce app My “soul” from that day always feel like in fiesta ! 😄✨🦋💫 so much joy, so much new experiences, meeting wonderful , kind new people , a lot first times , exploring new places.
