I’ve been a big Bruce user for sometime. But honestly now I’m reconsidering, they have significantly increased prices over the last couple years and with that also removed so many perks of having a membership there, limited to 3 booking, penalised for late cancellations and have to pay your way out. On top of this every class is wait listed (even if you’re quick to book) and they are trying to onboard even more users, it’s impossible. I also know many of my friends who are long term users of the app are really frustrated and we are considering other options. I don’t think they put customers first at all!
I did not check in before my class at a studio and then ofc I got the message that I missed my class. So I wrote the team of Bruce, and they were super helpful. I‘m new on the app and I think that the service is really good. They really try to help you. So thank you for the great support
