Review Time
I feel I have been robbed by this company. I got an offer with two months trial period for 349 kr a month. As I was curious I signed up. It said no binding period and you can cancel any time. The problem was I didn't use the service and I forgot I signed up. They didn't send a reminder that your trail period is over and you will be charged full price or anything. When I finally discovered the monthly payments in my bank account, I cancelled and got confirmation that it was cancelled. But suddenly after 1,5 months they started to charge me again 699 kr. I contacted customer service which was extremely rude. They asked me to send a picture of the confirmation email, which I did. Then they said there is one month period of notice. Even though the offer said no such a thing. Finally they said you should have read our Faq, we cannot write everything in the app. Nothing but a fraud company.
You fine customers? Who are you to do that? The late check-in and cancellation fines are very unreasonable, especially if it’s held to such strict standards. By buying the membership we buy the right to go to classes, not to be the ATM for the company to charge fines. This greatly discourage people from getting a membership at all. If not for these fines, this app could be worth more stars.Reply to Bruce:Good that you are working on an alternative system because fining customers for being on-time (just not 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time) is ridiculous. Since a lot of customers are unhappy, the change is better implemented while there's some customers left :)
The concept in itself is great but the company will find any way possible how to charge you extra. Especially under the pandemic. They created the passes for gyms (just regular visit not classes) and if you check in late even by a second it will automatically charge you a fee. But a late check in can occur easily, if there are other people in front of you checking in.@Per: since its not possible to answer to your reply, I put my answer here. I have tried different channels to get in touch with you and that on several occasions, I never got a reply. However you were very quick at answering to the review. Maybe you should put more resources on answering customer questions instead?
Bruce is awesome concept for those who like more than just traditional gym. Here I can combine my workout and at the same time try new things. The app is also very well built with a great user experience and easy booking/search for classes compared to many other workout apps. Highly recommend!
