I have had a very good experience with Bruce so far, and the one time I have been in touch with their support it has been great!One small frustration preventing me from giving it 5 stars is how it sometimes can seem to provide more than it might actually do. For example one reason I got bruce was to attend dance classes, but even though the venue is on Bruce it turns out only a limited amount of classes are actually posted there. Even though I know they are not full.All in all though it has been great being able to try out different activities that I probably wouldn’t pay for individually.
Great app for those who want to do different kinds of sports or train at multiple studios without paying for several memberships. I love the possibility to do both martial arts, pole dance, strength training and yoga all in one membership, something that no single studio has. The app is very user-friendly and the customer support is really nice and helpful - they get back to me within a reasonable time frame and solve all my problems quickly 🙌
I canceled after 24h. The QR code for checking in at Rules Boxing Club didn’t work and there was no staff to ask. I got 3 strikes on my first day as a member and was blocked from booking any classes for 14 days. The customer service kept asking questions that were already answered in my message, but they didn’t bother reading it and didn’t help at all.
I asked so many questions before getting my membership and all of them have been answered and clarified, i also made a mistake paying the wrong amount and i got refunded fast.So far i signed up amd try many classes, the reminders helps me to dont skip my trainings and the amount of gyms and studios available is quite good, many options and activities to choose from.All the customer service personnel have been helpful.Tack!
