Ridiculous customer service

Ridiculous customer service. We've been dissatisfied after the first month and the Bsport has been stalling communication and solutions for months. ''Under review of management'' and ''send to X team'' are their go to messages for stalling. Don't get me wrong, if you're a boutique / sports club just starting out and need a non crooked CRM, Bsport might be your solution. Just be ware, once you join, they don't really care about you at all.Unless you don't pay, then all of sudden there's a vast amount of communication and blocking just to make sure they get your money. It's typical for companies like this; great service until they got 20m+ funding and scaled. Dollar eyes turned actual human interaction away...

FALSE PROMISES BEWARE THIS UNETHICAL…

FALSE PROMISES BEWARE THIS UNETHICAL IRRESPONSIBLE SCAM! If you are planning to migrate your yoga studio software stay away from them!!! During the sales process they were super responsive, aggressive and determined. Once the migration was about to start, their promises cracked down one by one, they cannot migrate your data properly, they cannot migrate the details of your past financial data, nor the details of your past sales. Which they said they will do perfectly well during the sales process, they cannot migrate your class descriptions and all those contents which make your software tic, which again, I got told I didn't have to set again during the sales process. The sales agent always said to me "you don't have to do anything" There were several red flags before, but this two last ones were the determining ones. Then they tried to gaslight me with arguments like "oh you have to set everything so you have all the control yourself". What kind of human trash works for this company? In Dec 5th 2025, after I realised this was potentially dangerous for my yoga studio, during the first week of migration process (and after they couldn't give me an appointment in 3 weeks to start!) I asked immediately to cancel the whole operation due to their lack of congruence and multiple inconsistencies between what they sold me and what they were able to provide. (two months before the planned launching date) Suddenly, they became 100% irresponsive, no clear answer, nothing. I got my card charged in January 2026 once for 340.- FOR NOTHING. WE NEVER USED THEIR SERVICE NOR SET ANYTHING. I got an answer 2 months later which said my contract cancelation was not acceptable????? from a guy who I never talked to. For a service they cannot provide and we never even started using???? It's ridiculous, I had to block my card and call my lawyers. I don't wish this experience to anyone. If I would work for a company that functions this way and takes advantage of others I couldn't sleep properly, I am so disgusted by all of them.There is a reason this people have no real contacts at the end of their email, no phone number or anything ;) Be careful and better find another provider! 4.02.2026/ After reading your answer: I just wrote AGAIN, to the support team, hoping they take care of this issue with the same niceness you are sharing here, and if they don't do that this week, I will also update that here again.
