Bsport has been fantastic to use! The platform is super easy to navigate, making it a breeze to book classes and manage my schedule. Everything is smooth and intuitive, and I love how quickly I can find what I need. It’s such a huge improvement over other systems I’ve tried. Overall, Bsport has made managing my fitness routine so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
If I could give this company no stars I would. I wholheartedly echo what other people have said about the booking platform. 1. Difficult to use in the back office, I have used several booking platforms and this is just needlessly complciated2. Customers found it difficult to use.3. My clients on subscriptions were not transitioned well, some were not charged at all others were charged twice. 4. The platform being described as being able to do all things can't, the system lags and is nothing is straighforward. 5. I spent any free hour of the day dealing with queries from clients re the system or going back to B Sport with issues. The exact opposite of what a booking system should do for a sole trader like myself. To be honest the list could go on. My gut told me not to but i did, trust your gut! I have ended up paying my way out of 6 months of the contract and going back to team up which I did not have a problem with in the first place. The last couple of months have been awful. I am deeply suspicious of anyone who has given this company 5 stars The only plus was the customer service lady Marion who did her best to help.
