Lydia has a particular approach and way of working that is so appropriate and timely for the technology we are using and the way we are communicating, plus all of us being different types of learners, absorbing info in different ways. Lydia always sends videos now and that is absolutely perfect because not only is the organisation able to accumulate its own 'help Centre', but it just makes the communication more stream lined. Changing software is always a big challenge. Changing to BSport was no different. I was realistic and knew we would have plenty of challenges we would have to face. In our case more challenges than I would have wanted but with the fantastic guidance of our account manager ,Dominique, it all worked out in the end. She was and is helping us whenever we need to. She is always available and will solve whatever problem comes up. I do not know how we would've managed without Dominique.
