All was wrong in the beginning. They promise so much but their system is really missing a lot of features.The migration went all wrong and it took weeks before all was correct. they keep saying that they will fix it this week but then another week got by....and it took around 8 weeks before all members were migrated correctly.Even after we discussed throughout all the importance of the features and the proces in migration and payments, they fail to come to their promises.Really disturbing on how unproffesional this company works.I think I was really patient with them untill again they proimised to reset the payment date to a different date but then again it took another 2 months to do this while they keep saying it will be done next month. and it still is not done.PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES PROMISES!!!!
THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! I wish I had read these reviews before signing up to them. They promised us so much and guaranteed us that their system was better (and could do everything) our old system couldn't. IT WAS A LIE. We had meetings with them and we were going to base our new website on the BSport system. What they said again, WAS A LIE! They told the website developers one thing but when it came to the implementation, it couldn't be done. This system has cost my business £££s!!! Not just moneywise but timewise!Amongst the many problems encoutered, here are a few:- So much time was spent contacting BSport to rectify problems or find solutions for things which should have been simple.- The system was sending customers receipts for payments when in actual fact, their payment details were never inputted in the first place.- You cannot put siblings under the same email address! We were not able to send information about kids in different classes to the same email address. Utterly ridiculous!- The biggest thing is all my customers' payments were being paid into BSport's Stripe account and not my own. YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER YOUR OWN MONEY!! They then send you money (which was often late!) causing fines and upset staff.STAY AWAY FROM BSPORT!!
I considered BSport for my business this year. I tried all the features and took a look at their client’s interface etc. The software itself is bulky, expensive and tricky to use. So, I decided not to. We agreed (I have a copy of the email) that I pay for 2 months and then we part our ways. Now they call me telling me I have to pay for a year whether I’ve used BSport or not. I’ve never heard more nonsense in my life. So I had to ask them to take me to court. Unbelievable! Stay away.!
So many basic features are lacking on this software. If you have previously used a reputable software (MB, SH) you will have a really hard time using this software.Staff permissions and roles cannot be edited.Payment methods cannot be edited (so if you are a business that has other methods of payment apart from cash/CC) than you wont be able to customize this.There is no staff app which was for us very important.The software very often lags, which really affects the operations.The reporting is super SUPER complicated and not staff friendly at ALL.The migration from our current software was a NIGHTMARE. In the end they were unable to migrate all the data (memberships, past reports, client profiles)They will of course not tell you any of this during the demo call.
I would warn anyone against buying Bsport software. It is not easy to find booking software that does everything you want it to. I had been desperate to change from one company to a new one because of my original company's expense and poor customer service. I had high hopes for Bsport but they turned out to be worse than my original providers ,unfortunately. They totally messed up my data transfer and took way too long to see if they could fix it. I had to do it manually myself in the end. In January 2022 they did not have some very basic features available which totally nullified their use for my little company. I lost so much business and had endless client complaints due to Bsport software. Their customer service did not respond helpfully, and have been ignoring my attempts to get a refund ever since. I paid £2700 up front for a year December 2021- December 2022, and could not use their system as it did not do what I needed. I had to keep on my original software provider and return to it. The Bsport sales pitch told me it 's software would do everything I needed. They utterly refuse to give me any money back.
