Changing software is always a big challenge. Changing to BSport was no different. I was realistic and knew we would have plenty of challenges we would have to face. In our case more challenges than I would have wanted but with the fantastic guidance of our account manager ,Dominique, it all worked out in the end. She was and is helping us whenever we need to. She is always available and will solve whatever problem comes up. I do not know how we would've managed without Dominique. I trust that with Dominique by our side working with BSport will continue to be fine.

Account manager was super helpful at the start app didn’t do what it was supposed to do lots of problems Bsport admitted there was a problem took 6-7months to fix apparently still had problems then once they said they would give a free month would still draw the payments and even when told the contract has ended still continued to charge me 3 months still ongoing dispute communication is terrible once they have you they just keep charging stay well clear
You have withheld our money and stolen an amount of 20,000€. You do not respond to this, a lawyer has been engaged. Shameful and unprofessional. As a gym, we now receive more support from others who experience the same thing. Money is being withheld by you in exactly the same way. Employees only respond to what they want to respond to, hopeless customer service.
Since the first contact everyone has been so nice, effective and supportive. My first contact was with Gugliemo and then once the decision was made and the contract signed I started with Ashley. Both are extremly nice, competent and attentive. The platform is easy to work with, it takes figuring out of course, but once you get the hang of it ,things start moving faster. The tutorials are very helpful and everytime I got stuck or wasn't sure if I had done it right, I contacted Ashley and was right there to confirm or work her magic if needed. I am really looking forward to the continued work with this team and feel like I made the right choice. THANK YOU BSPORT
I had high hopes for bsport due to its promising features and well-designed software. However, my experience with the migration and onboarding process was extremely disappointing. Here’s why:1. Passes and subscriptions were not migrated properly, with key functionalities like auto-renewals missing and redundant entries created.2. Over 1,400 fake email addresses were migrated, despite prior agreements and assurances this would not happen.3. Customer records were unilaterally archived without consent, making them inaccessible for reporting purposes.4. Our planned roadmap was disrupted due to delays caused by the chaotic migration process.5. Many of the agreements made with our account manager during meetings were not implemented.While the platform itself has potential, the onboarding and support process was handled so poorly that it overshadowed any positive aspects. I cannot recommend bsport based on my experience. This migration was not only frustrating but has caused significant disruptions to our operations.I hope bsport takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future customers.
Ashley was my account manager and made every step of my launch easy, stress-free, and fun. She was available whenever I needed her and always gave me clear, simple instructions that were easy to understand. She was positive, encouraging, and a joy to work with.
