Great customer service!

I very much appreciate working with Bsport. What I appreciate most is the great Customer Service team who are very accessible, quick to respond and helpful. They are continuously developing new features and launched a client collaboration platform to share & collaborate on ideas. Overall very satisfied and happy we made the move to Bsport 2 years ago.

My Experience with BSport

I needed a good software company to help me run my business and BSport miraculously reached out on day perfect timing to help me with needs as a gym owner and since then the experience has been wonderful. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Mateo and Ashley from there and they’re both wonderful, Ashley is amazing, I love that I have her as my success coach basically, as I’m learning how to use their system she’s right there with me to help me learn and understand what I’m working with! I love Bsport and the Team! Best experience by far!

Disappointing business behaviour

Very disappointed with this company. It started off well setting up my first yoga studio. I had no expertise in this area as it was a passion project for me. I chose bsport to handle bookings, everything went well and then the app went live. I had lots of small problems that needing amending, losing customers etc. I am not a tech person and I struggled with the platform and to navigate aroun was an issue to me, my yoga teachers also had a few issues, there was no app to manage from my phone and always needed my laptop which was an issue for me. I explained this and that I did not have time to help iron problems that where losing customers. I told them I would be cancelling the subscription, I paid for the month I had used and then I waned to cancel, which I was not allowed unless I paid for the full year. I found there is no place to cancel the subscription and they will automatically take money from your account regardless, I swapped bank accounts and now they are sending debt collectors after me. I explained many times my finances were tight but they didn't care. Once they get you in a contract you can not get out. I will see them in court. I am a small business, they don’t have respect businesses they only care about the money. The problem is, you cant use these platforms until they are live and then you see the problems.

Support is great!

We are really happy with sports so far! The set up of the system and also the support work great. You get answers really quick if you have issues or questions regarding the setup. Especially Dominique is a great support - we are so happy to have her as our account manager as she always knows what to do and even helps directly in super urgent matters. Really happy!

Great app and customer service

The app is very nice and user-friendly. There are a few functions that could be improved to make the backoffice easier to navigate. What is really nice is the company's customer service. We had 2 different booking softwares before and this one is by far the one with the best customer service. You can always reach someone when you have a problem and there will always be someone ready to help. Our account manager Dominique is very kind and professional, and provided a lot of useful advice in setting up our account.

It´s always quick and easy - from the beginning on Uygar (and the support team) is doing such a great job! He is super nice, quick in responding and patient. The platform is super easy to navigate and manage. Highly recommended!
