i requested a return according to their policy. instead of processing my return, customer service repeatedly encouraged me to keep the items with a small discount.
when i insisted on returning the items, they provided a return address in China, which would result in very expensive international shipping costs. this was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, and it makes the return process unreasonable for customers in Canada. they also instructed me to declare a lower value on the package for customs purposes, which made me uncomfortable.
overall, the return process is extremely inconvenient and customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. i would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared to keep the items.
Returning an item of clothing for a refund is nearly impossible. Despite the item being shipped from a local area, it seems that returns must be sent internationally, likely to another country, and no return address was provided. The return policy suggests that refunds for unsuitable items should be straightforward, yet after numerous emails, I still haven't received a return address. I ended up accepting a replacement item worth half of what I originally spent, and I was told to keep the item that I can't use.
