Placed order, received "been dispatched" email, then find out it's cancelled.

Order number 34209065 for a couple of items my partner wanted. Goods in stock, and with a sales reduction, so very happy. Ordered, and later received an "it's been shipped email".Tracking information says "it's been cancelled". Called customer services who said "oh, it was cancelled because we didn't actually have stock". No apology or offer to do anything to make this bad experience better. Really unimpressed.

Robotic responses to customer needs. Will not purchase products anymore.

I ordered my product on 11/29/23. Got my "shipped" email from Bumble on 12/1. It officially shipped on 12/4. It is 12/15 and there has been no movement on the UPS tracking. I paid for the 7-10 day shipping but still do not have a package or an updated delivery date. I have chatted with customer service and all they do is recite the same thing I can see on my own via UPS tracking. No offer to ship me a new product in case this one is lost, no offer to refund shipping costs even though it's taking forever. Just a literal response telling me the tracker says it's on its way. I mean come on bumble, your product can be purchased via many retailers but those of us who purchase directly through you are just trying to support you. Next week will be the third week of waiting for a product that I paid shipping costs on.... this is unheard of in 2023. Will not purchase products anymore simply due to the fact this does not seem to be a concern of theirs. Hopefully, it will be here by 12/21 so I have it for Christmas as its a gift. Any later it won't make my travels.

Atrocious customer service. Just trying to get the answer your after is a whole project and who has time for that? Reduce the barriers to my buying your product, don’t make it harder. Customer service 101.

Aldin from customer service was an absolute delight. I accidentally placed incorrect products in my order and he kindly cancelled it for me. I have since reordered my products which I love using plus I receive 2 mini products for free! I'm just waiting on my parcel now.

Failed Again, Not HonorableAfter an initial online response…

After an initial online response yesterday from B&B, information was provided and still no action. These folks are as I originally suggested, not credible and not honorable. They had an opportunity to resolve the matter with a credit to AMX. They did not.

The WORST customer service

Bumble and bumble has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. In June there was a promotion 25% off. I ordered. A week later went to check on my order only to find out it had been canceled. I called and the person who answered said there were processing errors. I said OK well please replace my order but I want the 25% off. She couldn’t do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told I could not and to send an email and I would be credited the difference. I never heard back to this email and did not get a refund. Last week I placed another order. My confirmation said it will ship in one to two days. Seven days later it still has not shipped. I called and was given a similar excuse. Order processing is backed up - my order will ship in 3 to 4 days. I said I placed the order because I needed the products. I received free two day shipping because of the amount of money I spent. I asked for her to upgrade it to next day shipping, but of course she is not able to do that. She told me she could refund my shipping which I had already told her was free. Again I asked to speak with a supervisor. She put me on hold and came back and said no one is available right now but someone will email me in 24 to 48 hours. Seriously? Yes she said. I said is there actually a supervisor there? She said yes but they are helping other customers. I said that’s OK I will hold. She told me I couldn’t. I asked why not? She just said again you can’t hold. I asked is she the only person working there? She said no. I called back three more times over the next hour and she answered every time. Bumble and Bumble, you need to do better by your customers who spend a lot of money on your products. You need to let the people who answer your customer service phones actually be able to help your customers. And it would be great if you could actually complete orders in a timely manner. I’m really so fed up and disgusted.

One star is generous for b&b customer…

One star is generous for b&b customer service. DON'T trust this company when purchasing an eGift card. My $200 disappeared within 1 hour of it being drafted from my account. Customer service has zero level of intelligence while they have my money. Infuriating. So much for a mother's day gift. Boooooo!!!

18 Years Using Bumble&Bumble. NO MORE!

I've been using Bumble and Bumble products for 18 years. It's time to switch to Matrix or Oribe. Terrible, dreadful, unforgivingly bad customer service. My order was apparently "damaged in transit" and then subsequently canceled. They never bothered to let me know (the order was supposed to be a gift); I only found out when, three weeks after ordering (they usually ship within 3-5 business days), I inquired. I was met with the rudest, most entitled customer service agent I have ever encountered.For the record, I am no Karen. I am extremely polite to customer service associates. This one put me off the entire company and all of its products from now until I die.

Disappointed with black friday

Personally after using the curl range I didn't notice much difference with other mid-priced items on the market. Way too expensive. For some reason my relative likes their products so I decided to take advantage of the black friday offers and get xmas gifts. Even in the sale the products are stupidly expensive. Anyway I thought I'd be getting the best deal I could as it is black friday but after purchasing items the deal changed to an even better offer. I was annoyed that they seem to be changing their offer each day during black friday period. Disappointing to purchase items to find out the next day of an even better offer. Complained and nothing was done to make me feel better as a customer. I'm now going to return all my items. Terrible customer service.
