Super quick delivery, beautiful quality table. We were sceptical as we hadn't heard of this company before. And having had a difficult experience with another company, I was hopeful this wouldn't be the Dame same.Delivery driver kept in touch with us, as we weren't available one of the days.We're so delighted with our table too.We'll definitely be using this company again.
Bought a fridge/freezer. The freezer part broke after 1 day. It was for a coffee shop so I had to throw out lots of stock. Email accounts obviously aren’t monitored as it takes them days to respond and sometimes not at all. Called them and realised that even though the site is .ie the company is actually English. Was told that they outsource their warranty and had to call another English company. Eventually got the collection booked in and they didn’t turn up. It’s been 3 days now and no clarification from the company. Save yourself the hassle and spend a little bit extra from a reliable company.
Ordered on 19th with express delivery stating that it will be delivered on or before 27th. On 25th evening time I have received confirmation that delivery will happen within 6 days. Finally received the package on 1st December. If you can’t meet your own deadlines don’t “promise” them on your website. Apart from that the all good. Item received in good condition, working fine (wife happy).
