Ordered 5 weeks ago and shipment has not arrived. Customer service is responsive but they don’t have information and information provided is incorrect. Spoke with courier who advised have not received booking so don’t know what’s going on. Asking for feedback before shipment has even been delivered l says a lot…
1. There is no convenient opportunity to communicate with the seller's representatives. The existing opportunity could not be used.2. Several sites with the same interface confused me: I was going to buy one product, but I bought another from the same page. However, one login (login and password) to different sites did not allow me to find out the error. You should be very careful when paying for goods, but you should not cloud this attentiveness with the same interface and, what is terrible, allow you to pay for goods on a site where you did not create an account3. Sellers have something to work on!
Ordered a table over 3 weeks ago, my delivery confirmation said it would be delivered the 19th of November, never came so I reached out and was told it would take 14 working days, still don’t have it and they don’t send updates about your order
Bought Glass Splashback with an express delivery. Meant to be delivered latest 31/10/2025. As I was checking the delivery progress on the page, the date for delivery kept changing. I got no information whatsoever from the supplier about the changing delivery time or progress with my order. When the delivery date on the page seemed to be final and I still haven't received my order, I contacted customer service to be told that the date I saw on the tracking was the actual date that courier received my order so now I will get an email from the delivery company and get may order delivered withing 2-3 days. No email, no contact, a week later(a month after original delivery date) I got a phone call saying I'll be delivering your order from BuyItDirect within 30mins.... WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. I'm highly disappointed
Whilst I liked your service I regret to say that I had only 20 minutes prior notice of my delivery from your courier and only got a good neighbor I would have missed my delivery. I would also say that my neighbor told me the courier wasn’t very accommodating
Very competitive pricing and straight forward ordering, however the delivery subcontractor used was poor. Shipment arrived a few days earlier than suppliied date with about 1hr notice before dropoff. A single driver with no assistance which was not sufficient for a large cooker delivery.
