WiFi issue- dehumidifier. Pairing mode doesn’t work.

WiFi issue- dehumidifier. I bought a dehumidifier and I was doing everything what is provided in manual. I had to do the same with customer service and troubleshooting manual which also provided in manual and website - Doesn’t work. It looks like pairing mode is damaged. Now I have to pack the faulty product and wait for test. Is that normal that you’re buying something described as working and now you have to wait until they will fix it, instead of sending another one, which works. Disappointed.

Never will I buy from this site again. !!Buyer beware.I bought a dishwasher in November 21st so I would have one in time for Christmas.Firstly the delivery date was to be 5th Dec but it did not arrive until 12 th December and to say it was damaged is an understatement. It has most likely been dropped in the warehouse as all the packaging was in bits. I asked to open it while the delivery driver was there, to their annoyance, but I was glad as it had a massive dent all down the side. I obviously refused the order and contacted customer services, they aplogised and advised they would try to get another out to me.The replacement did come before Christmas, on Dec 23rd but it was also massively damaged. This is not a small scrape or small dent , this is a large dent also down the side , looks like a similar one as before. This dent measured 2 foot from the top to the bottom of the appliance. Obviously I refused delivery and spent over 30 mins on hold to speak to a customer support. I am still on hold as I write this review........so annoyed !!!!

Wrong product description

I got electric radiator marked as bathroom safe. The user manual clearly states not for use in the bathrooms. Wanted to contact the company but the form on the website was showing an error order is must be 8 characters (it was!!) so was unable to send anything. Gave up and won't be buying again.
