Review Time
I ordered from Buy it Direct twice in the last month. Products were very well priced, delivery on time (one even faster than promissed), and the whole process seamless. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely buy from them again.
They sent me a damaged microwave - with a crack on the front that was only visible when the film of the microwave was removed. So, we were only aware of the damage when our kitchen fitter installed it and removed the film. On those bases, they do not replace or refund the microwave. So now not only I have to pay for a new microwave, but also for the installation in the fitted kitchen. Never buying again with them.
I received a dispatch note on 10 November, wich stated "We will deliver within 14 days. Please keep an eye on your emails for information from the courier". It is 4 December now, and I have not received ANY further communication in regards my order from the courier or BuyItDirect. I have contacted BuyItDirect via phone, which resulted to no further information of my order's whereabouts, as well as via email, which has been met with NO respond. If I receive no communication on when the order will be delivered today, I will file for refund first with BuyItDirect, then with my Credit Card company, if needed.
