Great service

Called emergency line when gas stopped. Cadet attended within the hour (on a Sunday) and stayed until issue was resolved. Staff very polite and explained issue etc.

Gas leak

Smelt gas outside our house, phoned up and engineer came within an hour of ringing, the leak was traced to next doors gas meter the fault was quickly sorted out and we haven't smelt gas since, the engineer was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Quick and efficient service

The engineer arrived quickly after our plumber reported that the main gas isolator was stuck, and was friendly, polite and thorough, explaining what he needed to do at each point. He finished work as quickly as he was able and left everything tidy afterwards

The gas engineer was most helpful,with the gas leak I had he had to turn the gas off. And he arranged for a British Gas Engineer to come out and fix the gas leak,I had three gas leaks and they were all fixed.
