Cadent replaced a gas meter, when filling in the hole on the exterior of the property they left a dent and a scratch resembling the back of a rake or other implement in the side of a vehicle then promptly left, when customer services was contacted they just denied it and told me to contact my insurance. Total lack of respect for people's property by the excavations team members and you may as well bang your head up a brick wall rather than speak to customer services.
I am not happy what so ever, they were fitting new pipes outside my house, they broke 2 of my solar lights in my garden, I decided to report it to this company and after I did that the work men broke more on purpose, I would recommend moving everything out of your garden first as they don't have any respect for anybody.
Very pleased with the service. Our gas provider came out to install new meters and couldn’t seal them to the mains gas so had to call Cadent out, had to leave the doors open till he got here. He arrived very promptly and stripped the lot down, cleaned everything and put it back together, all fixed. He stayed with it a while with all the doors shut to make sure there were no traces, very conscientious.
