Review Time
I recently purchased a dress online during the sale. I purchased the size that I have previously purchased and wear which fits well. When the dress arrived it was 1 to 1.5 sizes too small and they are refusing to refund or exchange or even credit due to the item being on sale. I am not complaining about the quality or the print or my choice, but the size or labelling which is faulty. The respond with a cookie cutter 'no refund on sale items' - well it is faulty item with a faulty size label and I am out of pocket and stuck with a dress i am unable to wear. Their customer service is atrocious - dealing with a bot!! never ever will i recommend or buy from them again which is a shame because my previous purchases are ones that I truly love and appreciate.
One of the most racist staff i have ever seen in any shops or stores.is it camilla’s policy? Almost all staffs behave the same.if you are a non australian customer ,they don’t even bother themselves to answer questionsI have been in camilla’s store in melbourne ,gold coast and brisbane ,almost all of them have very racist behaviour
They charged me €610 for a dress with a price tag of €365They said they charge online buyers a premium..........I returned item for a full refund and bought same dress elsewhere for the lower price. ordered a dress ...but first I sent them my measurements so they could recommend size.When their recommended size arrived it was toobig.I returned immediately and got a full refund.
The sweater I received was like a tight sack instead of a poncho. My husband burst out laughing when I walked in the room. I have shared it alongside the advertised product with friends and all have guffawed. I was offered $9 to go away. Hate this company.
Terrible customer service. Do not deal with them. No one answers the phone when you call Australia customer service, no matter how many times you try. They don’t provide the information required by US customs and merchandise is consequently delayed substantially or undeliverable. With no refunds. Email customer service is laughable. I’m out over $4000 US.
Absolutely horrible customer service!! Ordered numerous items worth over $2,000 total. Never delivered DHL says left at my door “proof of delivery”. Camilla tried to claim I authorized without signature which is falsifying information. They say they cannot do anything and I am out of $2,000. I will file a complaint with Business Bureau Canada and my Bank as this is theft. DHL requests Camilla to file a claim report so I can be refunded and they refuse to file a claim with DHL! DO NOT buy from here!
