Can I do ZERO stars

Can I do ZERO stars? THE worst shopping experience of my life, customer service is appalling. I bought a dress for a really important cocktail party, I paid express post even though I had over two weeks. I was supposed to receive my order in 2-3 business days. They took my money immediately and then nothing....crickets! No communication, no matter how many times I reached out, no response....nothing. I kept checking the order status and it hadn't even been shipped weeks after I placed the order. There is no phone number you can call them on, and when you email you get an auto generated response saying they will respond in 3-5 business days! The cocktail party came and went, countless emails later... and still nothing from Camilla. It wasn't until I got Paypal involved, who were magnificent, that they responded stating they were out of stock. They very clearly do not give a hoot about their customers. Unbelievably bad experience, I will never shop with them again, trust me stay away! Shame on you Camilla, your clothes maybe pretty, but they are far from worth the grief and disappointment.

True to their word!

Shawn is the man. My order was later than expected and Shawn shipped it FedEx overnight Saturday delivery. The best part about TrueFacet is Shawn offered me a huge credit for the delay. Would definitely recommend TrueFacet!!

Absolutely the worst experience of my…

Absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! I shop at Bloomingdales , Saks, Neiman Marcus etc. and I am spoiled with high quality customer service. NOT here!!! I bought $800 kaftan , didn't fit so I want to return it. you can't just return it you have to get approved for it. Ok fine, 5 emails later and 2 weeks begging to provide me with instructions , return number and label I yet to hear from them. You can't just return it yourself unless they give you the return NUMBER. Nobody answers the phone either. Total disaster! NEVER AGAIN!

I have ordered 7 camilla outfits

I have ordered 7 camilla outfits, dresses, jumpsuits 2 piece outfits, a few directly from camilla ,and a few from saks 5th. I love everyone of them they are true to size, and the silk is just scrumptious! Yes they are very pricey, however with alittle patience, you can take advantage of various sales and save hundreds. I get compliments everytime I wear an outfit.

Awful, Don’t buy from this company!

Awful! Just awful. Products received are absolutely nothing like images online. Received no response from seller and tried multiple times. Thank God for using PayPal and getting my money back.. what a waste of time and money. Spent 75 dollars on literally a dress that was made out of felt material ( suppose to be wool) and a sweater that was not worthy for my dog.

Don’t ever think about buying anything…

Don’t ever think about buying anything from this company. My fault not having looked up the reviews before hand. Horrible quality, horrible fit, you can’t wear it!!! You can’t return it bc you have to return to china. Please don’t waste your money!!!

I ordered a light gray jumper in a Medium based on garment measurements provided. I received a tan jumper two sizes too big for me. My request for an exchange was refused. They offered me $6 to keep a dress I can’t wear. Learn from my experience and don’t order from these people.

Fantastic first experience…

I had a fantastic first experience shopping at Camilla Karrinyup WA store. The staff were really helpful and friendly without being pushy. I'm so in love with my new beautiful dress and top. I don't think I've ever had a dress that fits so perfectly.

Awful customer experience

Ordered 3 items at a total of over 1800€ on 1 July. Received 2 of the items and they are lovely (if a little large), but the third item which originally showed as shipping first, has still not arrived, almost a month later. I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent - no sense of care in the tone of responses. Customer service is severely lacking and non-proactive. The time difference (Aus to EU) does not help either - they really should have European CS for such a high priced premium brand. The item I await is needed for my special birthday and if it doesn't arrive tomorrow I will need my money back - which they have now had for over a month. Really, really angry at their lack of customer support - it is the worst. I was so happy with my first delivery but now I will never buy from them again as their service stinks. I have zero confidence in them I'm sorry to say. Absolutely disgusting customer experience.
