HOW MANY STARS. NEGATIVE 100I should have looked at all these negative reviews before I purchased from Camilla.. I feel the pain and frustration of those who want to make a return and have suffered the emotional stress of not being able to get any kind of satisfaction from Camilla.com. I also, will never purchase from them again.
I am in Tennessee (USA). Ordered an $850 dress online, which I received timely. It didn't fit correctly. I did receive the return approval and an RA number/label to return it to an address in New York. I sent it with tracking which shows it was received by Camilla on 3/30/23 by someone named Jean. I sent an email message on 4/11/23 asking for acknowledgement of receipt and when I can expect my refund. I got the automatic respibse, saying someone would resond in 2 or 3 days. I have sent 2 more emails and have heard nothing. No refund. It is 4/17/23.
Wow ! What a stunning dress has just arrived , really special . I was very worried after ordering such an expensive item after reading some horror reviews about items not being delivered to the uk and difficult to get refunds etc . My order arrived within 3 weeks of ordering , no fuss , no problems . I will definitely be keeping my new dress , it’s the most favourite piece of clothing I’ve ever owned .
I’ve been trying to contact Camilla to return a dress brought in the same order as a matching clutch bag. The dress can’t be selected online to set the return process in motion. I’ve sent numerous contact forms, called the Australian telephone number on the website - an automated response saying that there is no-one available. Also emailed the person on the return form for the bag.there has been no response from them re the dress at all.The bag return has gone through via their online system. I am very concerned now that they will not contact me and I’ll be stuck with an £850 dress that is unsuitable. Has anyone got through successfully to customer service and if yes, please can you post the details so that I can try them. I don’t want to have to resort to my credit card company but will have to if there is no response. Many thanks in anticipation of feedback
Actually, I would give 0 stars but unfortunately it isn't possible. I can only warn against this shop and against order from germany. I ordered 4 dresses, which were paid directly via Paypal. A while later I received only 3 dresses - also According the delivery notes. I never received the 4th dress and also din't got any refund via Paypal. I haven't received any response to my E-Mails. After I opened a case at Paypal, I received almost a week later my money for the undelivered dress. Unfortunately the 3 other dresses did not fit and I had to register a return. This took a lot of time, because they needed 3 tries and then I received an explanation for the return... This explanation explained to me what to do and not to do. The clothes were packed as requested in individual packages, under witnesses and were handed over to the parcel carrier. All packages arrived at the same time according DHL Express tracking. I've received a refund for 2 dresses. For the refund of the third dress I am still waiting and had to open a case again at Paypal. I definitely do not recommend ordering
I ordered two dresses from the UK on 25th February and realised I hadn't paid for faster delivery. I sent a message straightaway and asked if I could pay extra as I needed them sooner. They responded the next day to say the dresses had been dispatched and due to be with me on the 3rd March. The dresses arrived a day early and they are absolutely stunning.I may have had a different experience to others who have left a review, but I felt the whole experience was one that has left with me full confidence in purchasing again from Camilla.
They've listened and fixed their issues. I bought an item on sale that was too large. I would love to have exchanged it for the smaller size but they don't do online exchanges however I received a prompt refund in full on a sale item. Very happy!
Disgusted !!! They sent my expensive dress express post and it “disappeared “ Zero regard for me and now ignoring all communication regarding this matter !I have opened a dispute with after pay The customer care is absolutely disgusting!High end name and the worst customer care , and blatant theft !!! I will be taking this further !
