The company my pension pot was with, did not provide annuities, after a one on one phone call with them, they asked my priorities, then gave me a list of companies that would suit my needs, on 4 of the 5 examples, Canada Life came out on top. From that I agreed for my current pension holders to go ahead and transfer my pension to Canada Life, from then, I had to fill out a few forms, apply to Canada Life, then my pension was all sorted for me... they have made it easy for someone who does not understand all the jargon, to get what I required with no fuss , no problems, .... very happy
