Review Time
Our transfers were smooth and flawless. We arranged for round trip for our arrival and departure from our resort to the airport. It was private transportation. Please be aware only a few transportation companies have access directly to arrival/departure terminals. Other transports require you to walk off airport grounds.
I purchased roundtrip, during the purchasing process I was never asked when i’d like to be picked up they only asked flight information. Once I arrived to cancún I went to the designated area and nobody was there and I even texted the number provided. When it was time to be picked up from the hotel I asked what time i would be picked up from the hotel they said 2:15 even though I never set a time. I asked if i can change the time to earlier and they tried to charge me extra to change the time which was extremely unfair and unreasonable. fast forward they arrived earlier than 2:15 and had the audacity to still send me a text saying the driver would charge more after 15 minutes even though he arrived early. AND there’s a sign saying drivers live off tips to tip your driver- that’s extremely untasteful for the company to charge customers a good amount of money and they still don’t pay their drivers good enough so they don’t rely on tips, disgusting.
Scam. They promise no waiting which is not true after 25. I can get over that though. On our return they never showed and told me I did not confirm with them. After showing a screen shot of me confirming 4 days prior they switched their story and said "Sorry, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. We suspended the reservation in order to be able to guarantee the service on another date. An apology." We then waited 45 min for another car to come before ordering a not.al taxi to take us before we missed our flight. There are plenty of services our there, skip this one.
