Review Time
This company is awful. Don’t use them. We looked for them for 1.5 hours at the correct location. Dragging luggage all over and talked to 20 of their taxi drivers that were unhelpful. Called them 50 times without an answer. They admitted they never showed up after calling, waiting on hold forever and being hung up on multiple times. It’s been 3 weeks and they still say they have to email a manager to request a refund then email me saying the policy is if I take another ride no refunds. That’s fraud!
They never showed up at the airport. When trying to contact them at ther phone numbers they never answered, no representative around the welcome bar. I followed to the letter their instructions to catch my "premium" transport and was left abandoned at the airport. I just found out they have a 1.9 star ratings here but they created a 2nd profile to try to keep deceiving people.
This review is from our trip last weekend on may 16th to 19. When we arrived to the airport we could not find the guy, they would NOT answer the phone and the clip board was on the ground. All other companies were holding there logo up on with clipboard in hand. This guy was eating and laughing with other people, not working.The return trip back was even worst from hotel. They were 37 minutes late, so i ended up getting an uber from resort back to airport because again, they response on whatsapp was extremely slowly. They would text me back with almost no updated every 9 minutes. When i asked why are you so slow to respond the employee said "im only one person working"....Terrible company, service, communication, everything, STAY AWAY, use someone else.On top of all that they would not give me a refund for being 37 minutes late to my pickup and me not using them.
