We waited at the Cancun airport for over 30 minutes for our shuttle. A White unmarked van took us to our hotel, but dropped us off at the wrong hotel lobby in a group of four or five Iberostar properties. Once inside, we were told we didn’t have a reservation and then realized we were dropped off at the wrong lobby and had to be transported to the right one by the hotel staff. I also paid an upgrade for drinks in the shuttle and we didn’t get any. With the return transfer to the airport we were told immediately by the driver that tips are not included basically to let us know we needed to tip him which we knew but I thought that was not good manners.
The transfer from airport to resort was rocky because they said they ordered a driver then one came and he said no so they got another one but didn’t offer drinks or take us to the store as we paid for! The pickup from resort back to airport was good no issues?
