We had a great experience. We got picked up from the airport with a free baby seat and taken to our hotel and then back to the airport a few days later. Cancun airport is busy. If you can’t find your representative holding their sign, go to their office across from margaritaville. The staff was helpful and communicated with WhatsApp for updates and confirmations. Drivers were attentive and professional.
An agent was in contact with me very quickly and was able to set up a reservation for us in less than 24 hours. The only downside was that there was confusion on where the shuttle was going to pick us up at the airport. I contacted them again via WhatsApp for another quote and did not receive a response. Otherwise, the customer service and driver were great!
