eTransfers provided us top notch service from the airport to our hotel in a clean and safe van. We were able to book easily with staff who communicated well for pick up from the airport as well as the return trip from the hotel. The best part was the LOW PRICE, easily beating out all other options we explored. We will definitely be using them again and will be sharing their service with others traveling from the airport in Cancun.
Pick up at the airport was acceptable. Wait time about 15-20 minutes. Drivers excellent. Van was comfortable.Pickup was late by 19 minutes. Company did not reach out to let us know about the delay. Called service multiple times but never received an accurate time the van would arrive. For $240 We expected excellence. When you have a two hour ride to get back to the airport you need to be notified if your pickup time has been delayed. This kind of service was disappointing.
